For me, a healthy breakfast is one that is made from foods that are high in fiber. There are many breakfast choices that do not include this, and I hate eating them for the simple fact that they do not include a lot of fiber. The English muffin is one of my favorites, but you cannot eat it too often as it can be quite messy. Here are a few Healthy Breakfast Sandwich Recipes to try:

o Fruit Toast – This is a breakfast sandwich that has a fruit flavor to it. One variety that you might try is the peaches and cream flavored version. In order to add this particular flavor you simply need to add some apple juice to the mix, and then sprinkle on some sugar or honey. Another great option for this one is to spurt in lemon juice and sprinkle on some cinnamon. This is certainly a delicious flavor that can be used to help boost the fiber in your diet.

o Peanut Butter and Jelly – This is another one of my favorite healthy breakfast sandwich recipes. It is very easy to make, and can actually be made ahead of time if you want to take it on the go. All you have to do is to replace your peanut butter with jelly and then spread on the jelly a bit of your favorite protein powder. If you do not like the taste of the protein, simply remove it from the mixture and add some milk or yogurt. This is a great option that provides you with lots of fiber while still leaving you with a delicious flavor.

o Healthy Fat Free Fats – These are also great healthy breakfast sandwich recipes. You can replace your regular bread with turkey bacon or use him as your sandwich filling. To make sure that you are getting the right amount of fiber and protein, you can experiment by substituting different types of meats for the fat. For example, you can try using soy bacon instead of the ground pork. There are many health benefits of soy bacon, including high fiber and protein.

o Fruit – One of the reasons why fruit is an excellent choice for a breakfast sandwich is because of its incredible health benefits. You can replace your typical egg and tomato sandwich with a fresh pineapple, banana, or apple. Not only does it provide the delicious flavor, it provides you with minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Another fantastic fruit for your sandwich berries. You can try eating strawberries or raspberries, or even plums. They all provide wonderful flavor, and are good sources of vitamin C and folate.

o Eggs – Whole wheat eggs are a wonderful addition to any recipe. When you bake the egg breakfast sandwich, you can include the vegetables. However, if you do not like the texture of the veggies, you can always scramble them. For added flavor, you can eat the raw vegetables. Alternatively, if you are looking for something different for your sandwich, you can substitute mushrooms instead of spinach.

There are several ways that you can add peanut butter to your toast. You can use honey, chocolate syrup, or even powdered peanut butter. By using the right types of ingredients, you can make an amazing breakfast that your whole family will love!
