2 slices of sourdough bread

2 slices of Cheddar Cheese

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 slice bacon that is halved 

1 egg


  1. Spread the ketchup and the chipotle sauce on each side of the slices of bread. Then you have to place the cheese on the bread and in a way that the edges of the slice hang off the bread. After that, you apply half of the butter to one side of the bread. In a hot skillet, place the bread with the buttered side down.
