Cauliflower Vegan Sandwich

- One cauliflower
- 4 cups of thinly chopped baby spinach
- Four bread slices (we used ciabatta rolls)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic

To make the cauliflower sandwich, trim the head of cauliflower into slices. The slices of cauliflower should be flat from both sides and thick enough so you can make it crispy. Now place a cast iron pan on the medium flame and add olive oil on it. Let the oil heated before putting the pieces of cauliflower in it. To make the cauliflower crispy, you will have to put it in the oil for 3-4 minutes.
Once the cauliflower pieces get brown, then reverse it, so both of the sides of the cauliflower become equally crispy and golden. Add the cauliflower in the chopped baby spinach and chopped and garlic. Thereafter, add salt and black pepper according to your taste.
