  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • Vegan Cream Cheese
  • Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Baby Spinach

To make this healthy and tasty sandwich, you will have to spread the Vegan Cream Cheese on both bread slices.

Cauliflower Vegan Sandwich   

A small change in your sandwich can change its taste completely, and the cauliflower vegan sandwich is the best example of this. To make this different sandwich, you will need the following ingredients;

  • One cauliflower
  • 4 cups of thinly chopped baby spinach
  • Four bread slices (we used ciabatta rolls)
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic

Directions

To make the cauliflower sandwich, trim the head of cauliflower into slices. The slices of cauliflower should be flat from both sides and thick enough so you can make it crispy. Now place a cast iron pan on the medium flame and add olive oil on it. Let the oil heated before putting the pieces of cauliflower in it. To make the cauliflower crispy, you will have to put it in the oil for 3-4 minutes.

Once the cauliflower pieces get brown, then reverse it, so both of the sides of the cauliflower become equally crispy and golden. Add the cauliflower in the chopped baby spinach and chopped and garlic. Thereafter, add salt and black pepper according to your taste.

Now it’s time to assemble the sandwich. You can spread Vegan Cream Cheese or Romesco Sauce on both of the bread slices to make the sandwich extra delicious. Consequently, place the mixture of spinach, cauliflower, and garlic on the bread. Finally, place another bread on loaded one with veggies and assemble your sandwich.
