Deviled Egg Sandwich – The Delicious Sandwich Preparation In No Time

It’s the ideal sandwich to make if you have leftover boiled eggs and wish to make your breakfast a bit more interesting than just hard-boiled eggs.

Deviled Egg Sandwich Recipe

Preparation Time – 15 mins.

Total Time – 15 minutes.

Ingredients –

Eggs (hard-boiled)

¼ a cup Mayonnaise (low fat for a healthy breakfast)

½ teaspoon White Vinegar

Dry Mustard

½ a teaspoon of Yellow Mustard

¼ cup of Sweet Onion



Smoked Paprika

Bread (Any bread: white, brown, multigrain)

¼ teaspoon of garlic powder

Deviled Egg Sandwich Procedure

Step 1 – Take 4 to 6 eggs. Boil them for about 10 minutes. Once they are done, peel them

Step 2 – After you are done peeling them, cut them in halves vertically (there is no obligation to cut it vertically, it just looks better like that). After cutting them, separate the whites and yolks into different bowls.

Step 3 – Mash the egg yolks leaving no chunks.

Step 4 – Add two tablespoons mayonnaise to the mashed egg yolks, one teaspoon dry mustard, half a teaspoon of yellow mustard, sweet onion, a pinch of both, salt and pepper, and the garlic powder. Then add a pinch of paprika. You can also add a pinch of mixed herbs ad they give a great aroma to the mixture.

Step 5 – Now, for the egg whites. Dice them up nicely. Preferably, keep the dices small as it will be easier to eat.

Step 6 – Add the diced egg whites to the egg yolk mixture. For a better taste, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.

Step 7 – After 2 hours, make the mixture and lay it on the bread. You can see east it directly after this. You can also have the mixture.

Step 8 – For a more crispy and warm breakfast, slightly toast the bread with butter on a pan. Then add the stuffing and lay another bread on top.

We can store the mixture in the refrigerator for about five days.

Hard-Boiled eggs can be refrigerated for about two weeks.

We can store a premade sandwich for a maximum of two days.
