A long time ago, long before there were computers and microwaves, people enjoyed a delicious boiled egg on toast sandwich. Today, this classic breakfast food still enjoys a place in many kitchens. Spread The Mayonnaise
Fold the two pieces of bread over so that the outside is now on top and spread the mayonnaise all around the sandwich. Cover the entire sandwich with the mayonnaise, and gently roll the whole thing up into a tube shape. Place the wrapped egg roll into plastic zip bags and refrigerate for up to three days.
If you want to make a fried or scrambled egg salad sandwich, you will need softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, chives, and chopped red pepper powder. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, onions, chives, and red pepper powder in a bowl. Stir until the mayonnaise sticks to the ingredients. Fold the ingredients over so that the top is now completely covered with the mixture.
Heat A Frying Pan
Heat a frying pan or skillet, and add enough oil so that the bottom of the bread slice remains slightly moist. Lay down the bread slice in the skillet or the frying pan. When the sandwich begins to cook, turn the sandwich over so that it is completely cooked. If it looks dry, then place another bread slice on top of it instead. Remove the sandwich from the oil and place it on a plate, and wait for it to dry.
Another quick breakfast recipe that you can do in the mornings includes an Omelet. You will need white eggs, onions, and chopped mushrooms. Combine all of your ingredients and allow them to be completely cooked for about five minutes. Then fold the omelet in half and cover it with the filling. Heat your skillet or wok, and cook your omelet until it is done.
